This park is the area between the Lincoln Memorial and the Capitol. It is the heart of the capital and a must-see when you are in DC. Hopefully you have beautiful weather when you visit because it is the perfect place to stroll or take some time to look at DC’s beautiful Cherry Blossom Trees blooming usually at the end of March/ beginning of April. Look out for special events that occur on the Mall—you never know what fun cultural event or fireworks display you may stumble upon!

Ask anyone the first city they think of visiting when someone mentions a trip to California? Los Angeles of course! Because L.A is widely known as the glamorous capital of beachy, sun-kissed SoCal, not many people consider San Francisco a must-go travel spot. However, having lived in the Bay Area for over a year now, I have to admit that I have fallen in love with SF, and consider it one of the most underrated cities in America.
