The museum, the former residence of Marjorie Merriweather Post, houses 18th and 19th century French art and art from Imperial Russia. Take a stroll in the beautiful gardens—25 acres—that are manicured in an array of styles. Also within the museum is the Hillwood Café. The café is open for lunch and Sunday afternoon tea. It also gives picnic blankets to dine in the garden!
